Solar PV fault find service

Should you find that your solar PV plant is no longer working or have noticed a large drop-in performance please do not hesitate to contact our knowledgeable customer service team.

The customer services teams first port of call would be to undertake some basic checks with you whilst on the telephone, if the basic checks do not resolve your problem our service team may recommend a non-contract maintenance call out from of our qualified technicians.

The following checks would be carried out during this callout;

  • The installation has been completed in compliance with the MCS recommendations
  • DC & AC cable checks
  • Current & voltage checks
  • Checks with the isolation of the Plant
  • Visual inspection of the generation meter
  • Check the MCB in the fusebox
  • Inverter readings

Our objective for this call out would be to help you maximise yield and extend the lifespan of the PV plant.

Any replacement or non-conforming items would be quoted for once the customer service team have reviewed the technician's report.
