At Synergy Power we take training extremely seriously. We understand that in order to provide our customers with the highest level of service, it is essential for all our employees to be knowledgeable of both the renewable energy industry and solar technology. As a result, each employee has the knowledge to deliver a first class service to our customers from the initial enquiry through to the completion of their solar installation and beyond.

Our Founder

Ryan Oakley, founder of Synergy Power, initially started the business through the desire to combat escalating issues with electricity prices and the ongoing fight against climate change. Prior to Synergy Power, Ryan studied a BSc Financial Mathematics degree at the University of Hertfordshire; however the opportunity to join the renewable energy market arose.

After months of training with the Renewable Energy Academy and receiving a Distinction in an Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) recognised qualification in solar photovoltaics, Ryan felt it was time to apply for the MCS assessment. After successfully passing the MCS assessment, Ryan is now working hard to provide a first class service to all of his customers whilst striving to grow Synergy Power into a reputable business in the renewable energy market.

Solar PV Trained Electricians

All of our electricians are highly trained in the Solar PV field, and we ensure they meet all the MCS regulations. Our electricians have the following qualifications:

• 17th Edition qualified meeting the latest electrical regulations
• Part P, to enable them to sign off their own work
• City & Guilds in Solar Photovoltaics
• Control of substances hazardous to health
• Working at height

Roofers

All of our roofers are trained to install all types of solar PV products which include integrated, on-roof and bespoke systems. Synergy Power roofers are all trained and experienced in their field, and along with fitting solar PV systems they also have the ability to carry out any other roof work on your property.

Energy Surveyors

Every member of Synergy's energy survey department is intensively trained. In most cases, they have over four years' experience in the renewable energy sector, giving them the experience and the expertise to advise you on energy investment options for your home or business.
